Semi-Automatic Hydraulic Press System

Unlike the Mini Press Oil Filter, which uses a manual flywheel, the Industrial Oil Filter Machine uses a hydraulic press opening and closing system.

The hydraulic unit uses a 0.55 kW motor and incorporates the hydraulic oil pump, directional valve, pressure switch, suction filter, oil-level indicator, hydraulic hoses and connection components.

Filter plate spacing remains manually controlled, allowing the operator to open the plate group after filtration for filter-paper replacement, cake removal and cleaning.

41-Plate Industrial Filtration System

The filtration chamber consists of 21 full plates and 20 empty plates. Each filter plate measures approximately 260 × 260 mm.

Oil is fed through the center of the filtration system and passes through PPC-001 filter cloth and dedicated filter paper. Suspended solids accumulate inside the plate chambers while clarified oil exits through the closed discharge system.

The specified cake chamber volume is approximately 1 liter, with an approximate cake thickness of 20 mm.

Professional Oil Clarification

Cold pressed oil naturally contains small particles from the processed seed or nut. These particles can remain suspended in the oil immediately after production and may create a cloudy appearance.

Plate filtration helps remove a significant portion of these suspended solids and provides cleaner oil for subsequent storage, filling and commercial packaging.

Actual filtration performance depends on the characteristics of the oil, oil temperature, suspended solid content, filter cloth and filter paper condition.

The stated 150–200 L/h filtration capacity is an approximate operating value. Actual filtration speed may vary according to oil viscosity, oil temperature, suspended solid content, filter loading, filter fabric and filter paper condition.

• 1 roll of special Italian filter paper – approx. 29 kg

After-Sales Support & Filtration Guidance

Our support does not end when the filter machine is delivered. We provide practical guidance for plate arrangement, filter cloth and paper installation, operating pressure, hydraulic operation, cleaning and routine maintenance.

Remote technical assistance is available through WhatsApp for operating questions and troubleshooting.

If an operating issue cannot be solved through messages or videos, video-call assistance can be provided when required to guide the operator step by step.

Warranty & Spare Parts Support

Spare parts supply is available for up to 10 years.

Normal wear parts are not covered by warranty. Damage caused by incorrect operation, improper maintenance or external factors is also excluded from warranty coverage.
