Mini Press Oil Filter Machine
The Mini Press Oil Filter Machine is a plate-type filtration system designed for clarification of vegetable oils and other suitable liquids by removing suspended solid particles remaining after production.
It is particularly suitable for cold press oil producers who want to obtain a cleaner and clearer finished oil before storage, bottling or further processing.
The system provides an approximate filtration capacity of 50–100 liters per hour and operates at approximately 2–3 bar working pressure.
The Mini Press Oil Filter is designed for producers who need a practical filtration solution after cold press oil extraction. Freshly pressed vegetable oils may contain fine suspended particles and natural sediment that can create a cloudy appearance.
The plate filtration system passes the oil through dedicated filter fabric and filter paper, helping separate suspended solids from the liquid and producing a cleaner clarified oil.
With an hourly filtration capacity of approximately 50–100 liters, the Mini Press is suitable for boutique and professional small-to-medium oil production facilities.

Plate Filtration System
The Mini Press uses a series of filter plates arranged inside a rigid filtration frame. Special filter fabric and filter paper are positioned between the plates.
During filtration, pressurized oil passes through the filtration layers while suspended solids are retained inside the plate system.
After the filtration cycle, the manual flywheel can be released to open the plate assembly for removal of accumulated solids, replacement of filter paper and routine cleaning.
Why Filter Cold Pressed Oil?
Freshly extracted vegetable oil naturally contains small particles from the processed seed or nut. Depending on the production method, these particles can remain suspended in the oil or gradually settle at the bottom of the storage container.
Filtration helps remove a significant portion of these suspended solids and provides a clearer product for storage, packaging and commercial sale.
Proper filtration can also make the subsequent filling and packaging process cleaner and more consistent.

Warranty & Spare Parts Support
Spare parts supply is available for up to 10 years.
Normal wear parts are not covered by warranty. Damage caused by incorrect operation, improper maintenance or external factors is also excluded from warranty coverage.
