7500W – Industrial-Level Cold Press Oil Machine
The 7500W Industrial-Level Cold Press Oil Machine is designed for professional oil producers requiring continuous, high-capacity production. It is suitable for industrial oil workshops, commercial production facilities and producers operating at higher daily tonnage.
With its 7.5 kW industrial motor, digital control system, heavy-duty bearing system and automatic lubrication feature, the machine is designed for reliable continuous operation with a wide range of properly prepared oil-bearing seeds and nuts.
Typical processing capacity varies according to the raw material. For many applications, production is approximately 30–40 kg/h, with a maximum hourly processing capacity of approximately 50 kg/h.
This model is an industrial mechanical screw press developed for continuous professional oil production. It combines a high-capacity pressing unit with an integrated seed-loading system, digital control panel, industrial machine base and oil collection system.
Manufactured in Turkey by Ekiciler Makine, the 7500W model is designed for fixed installation in professional workshops and industrial production facilities. A 380 V three-phase industrial electrical supply is required for operation.
For producers requiring higher total output, the system can also be configured as a 3, 4 or 5-head continuous oil press line.

Continuous Industrial Production System
The 7500W model is designed for continuous production in professional oil-processing facilities. Its integrated seed-loading tank allows the operator to load a large quantity of raw material for extended production runs.
The steel machine base, seed-loading system and oil collection system combine the main production components into a compact industrial unit, reducing the need for constant manual feeding and handling.
Cold Press Operation
The machine uses a mechanical screw-press system for oil extraction. The heating system and digital temperature control are used to warm and control the temperature of the press head when required.
Different nozzle sizes and operating settings can be selected according to the characteristics of the raw material. Correct preparation of the seed or nut is important for stable production, oil yield and machine performance.

Capacity & Raw Material Notes
- Hourly processing capacity varies according to the hardness, size, oil content and moisture level of the seeds or nuts. Stated capacities are approximate operating values.
- Raw material moisture should normally not exceed 8% and the material must be suitable for mechanical oil extraction.
- Performance issues caused by unsuitable, improperly prepared or excessively moist raw materials are not considered a machine defect.
Multi-Head Continuous Oil Press Lines
For higher production requirements, the 7500W press can be configured as a multi-head continuous production system with 3, 4 or 5 press heads. This allows producers to increase total hourly production while using the same industrial pressing technology.
