Depending on the raw material and preparation conditions, the machine provides an efficient processing capacity of approximately 15–25 kg/h, with a maximum hourly processing capacity of approximately 30 kg/h.
This model is a professional mechanical screw press developed for medium-level commercial oil production. It is suitable for oil workshops, farms, specialty oil producers and businesses that require greater hourly production than an entry-level machine while still using a compact single-head system.

Cold Press Operation
The 2200W cold press oil machine uses a mechanical screw-press system for oil extraction. The controlled heating system is used to warm the press head during preparation and operation when required.
In addition, different nozzle sizes and operating speeds can be selected according to the characteristics of the raw material. Correct preparation of the seed or nut is important for stable production, oil yield and machine performance.

Capacity & Raw Material Notes
- Hourly processing capacity varies according to the hardness, size, oil content and moisture level of the seeds or nuts. Therefore, stated capacities are approximate operating values.
- Raw material moisture should normally not exceed 8% and the material must be suitable for mechanical oil extraction.
- Performance issues caused by unsuitable, improperly prepared or excessively moist raw materials are not considered a machine defect.
