Cold Press Oil Line – 33 KW
The 33 KW Continuous Cold Press Oil Line is an industrial oil production system equipped with three interconnected cold press units. Each pressing unit is powered by an 11 kW industrial motor, providing a total installed motor power of 33 kW.
The system combines three pressing and extraction units with automated seed flow, oil flow, heating and digital machine control. It is designed for professional producers requiring continuous, high-volume cold press oil production.
Depending on the raw material, processing capacity ranges from approximately 240–330 kg/h, with a maximum hourly processing capacity of approximately 330 kg/h.
The 33 KW Continuous Cold Press Oil Line is designed as an integrated industrial oil-processing system rather than a single standalone press. Three high-capacity pressing units operate together within the same production line and are supplied through a common automated seed-flow system.
Manufactured in Turkey by Ekiciler Makine, the system is designed for fixed installation in professional oil-production facilities. A 380 V three-phase industrial electrical supply is required for operation.
Each press is powered by an 11 kW motor. Operating three presses simultaneously provides a total installed motor power of 33 kW and significantly increases total production capacity compared with a single-head industrial press.

Continuous Industrial Operation
The three pressing units operate together as one integrated production line. The automated seed-flow system supplies prepared raw material to the presses, while the oil-flow system collects and transfers the extracted oil.
The large integrated seed-loading capacity helps reduce frequent manual feeding and supports extended production runs in professional oil-processing facilities.
Cold Press Operation
Each pressing unit uses a mechanical screw-press system for oil extraction. The automated heating and digital control systems allow the operator to manage the production process according to the characteristics of the raw material.
Correct raw material preparation is essential for stable production. Seed or nut characteristics such as moisture, hardness, size and oil content directly affect processing capacity and oil yield.

Capacity & Raw Material Notes
- Hourly processing capacity varies according to the hardness, size, oil content and moisture level of the seeds or nuts. Stated capacities are approximate operating values.
- Raw material moisture should normally not exceed 8% and the material must be suitable for mechanical oil extraction.
- Performance issues caused by unsuitable, improperly prepared or excessively moist raw materials are not considered a machine defect.
