1500W Cold Press Oil Machine – Entry-Level Model
1500W cold press oil machine is designed for producers starting professional or commercial cold press oil production. It is particularly suitable for small businesses, laboratories, workshops and specialty oil producers.
Its compact screw-press design, single-phase electrical supply, variable-speed operation and practical cleaning system make it a versatile solution for processing a wide range of properly prepared oil-bearing seeds, nuts and kernels.
Depending on the raw material and preparation conditions, the machine provides an efficient processing capacity of approximately 7–15 kg/h, with a maximum hourly processing capacity of approximately 20 kg/h.
This model is a compact mechanical screw press developed especially for entry-level professional oil production. It combines commercial production capability with relatively low electrical requirements, simple operation and easy routine maintenance.
The machine is manufactured in Turkey by Ekiciler Makine and is designed for continuous daily operation. The 1500W model is manufactured entirely from 100% stainless steel and is suitable for laboratory testing, food-testing institutions, workshops and professional production applications.
Its compact dimensions and approximately 65 kg machine weight make it easier to relocate than larger industrial models while remaining suitable for fixed installation in workshops, laboratories and production areas.

Cold Press Operation
The 1500W cold press oil machine uses a mechanical screw-press system for oil extraction. The heating ring and digital temperature control are used to warm and control the temperature of the steel press head when required.
In addition, different nozzle sizes and operating speeds can be selected according to the characteristics of the raw material. Correct preparation of the seed or nut is important for stable production, oil yield and machine performance.

Capacity & Raw Material Notes
- Hourly processing capacity varies according to the hardness, size, oil content and moisture level of the seeds or nuts. Therefore, stated capacities are approximate operating values.
- Raw material moisture should normally not exceed 8% and the material must be suitable for mechanical oil extraction.
- Performance issues caused by unsuitable, improperly prepared or excessively moist raw materials are not considered a machine defect.
