11000W – Industrial-Level Cold Press Oil Machine
The 11000W Industrial-Level Cold Press Oil Machine is designed for professional oil producers requiring high-capacity and continuous industrial production. It is suitable for oil-processing workshops, industrial facilities and producers operating at higher daily production volumes.
With its 11 kW industrial motor, digital control system, heavy-duty bearing system, automatic lubrication and integrated seed-loading system, this model is designed for reliable continuous operation with properly prepared oil-bearing seeds and nuts.
General efficient processing capacity is approximately 60–80 kg/h, while actual production varies according to the characteristics of the raw material. Maximum hourly processing capacity is approximately 110 kg/h.
The 11000W model is an industrial mechanical screw press developed for high-capacity professional oil production. The system combines a powerful pressing unit with a large seed-loading tank, digital control panel, industrial machine base and integrated oil collection system.
Manufactured in Turkey by Ekiciler Makine, this model is designed for fixed installation in professional oil-processing facilities. A 380 V three-phase industrial electrical supply is required for operation.
For producers requiring greater total production capacity, the 11000W model can also be configured as a 3, 4 or 5-head continuous oil press line.

Continuous Industrial Production System
The 11000W model is designed for continuous operation in professional oil-processing facilities. Its large integrated seed-loading tank allows extended production runs with reduced manual feeding requirements.
The industrial machine base, seed-loading system, digital control panel and oil collection system combine the main production components into one integrated industrial production unit.
Cold Press Operation
The machine uses a mechanical screw-press system for oil extraction. The integrated heating system and digital temperature control can be used to control the press-head temperature when required.
Different operating settings can be selected according to the characteristics of the raw material. Correct seed or nut preparation is important for stable production, oil yield and machine performance.

Capacity & Raw Material Notes
- Hourly processing capacity varies according to the hardness, size, oil content and moisture level of the seeds or nuts. Stated capacities are approximate operating values.
- Raw material moisture should normally not exceed 8% and the material must be suitable for mechanical oil extraction.
- Performance issues caused by unsuitable, improperly prepared or excessively moist raw materials are not considered a machine defect.
Multi-Head Continuous Oil Press Lines
For higher production requirements, the 11000W press can be configured as a multi-head continuous production system with 3, 4 or 5 press heads. This configuration allows producers to increase total hourly production while using the same industrial pressing technology.
